Core Charge Process

There is a refundable core charge added to each engine at checkout. The core charge is fully refunded once received in-tact. Core returns are free when picked up from the original business address your engine was shipped to. 

Please follow these important steps:

• Email info@coloradoengine.com with your full name, order number, and pickup address.
• We’ll send you a Bill of Lading to your email.
• Verify the information is correct on the Bill of Lading, sign it, and place it on the engine core ready for pick up.
• Just like that, your pick up will be scheduled! Once your core is received expect to see a refund to your original payment for your core charge within 5-10 business days.

Please contact us if your core was picked up and you have not received your refund.
